Meet Dr. Sohail Moussavi, Dr. Amir Alemzadeh, Dr. Nazanin Alemzadeh, and Dr. Atoussa Farough. Our physicians strive for intellectual excellence while practicing confident, compassionate and empathetic patient care. They specialize in preventative medicine for ages 16 and older. Our Board Certified physicians serve Prince William, Fairfax, and Stafford counties. All of our internal medicine doctors have admitting privileges at Sentara Potomac Hospital.

Sohail Moussavi MD

Sohail Moussavi, M.D. - Graduated with honors from medical school at the University of Leiden, Holland in 1999 and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA in 2003. Dr Moussavi practices general internal medicine with an emphasis on preventive health care and men’s and women’s wellness. Dr. Moussavi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). Dr. Moussavi has a special interest in cosmetic procedures, and is certified in Aesthetic Medicine.

Amir Alemzadeh, M.D. - Dr. Alemzadeh received his Medical Degree from George Washington University in 1998 and completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Alemzadeh is especially interested in preventive medicine such as controlling and pevention of hypertension, diabetes and other chronic health problems in addition to providing care to overweight and obese patients through the Cardinal Medical Weight Loss Center. Atoussa Farough, MD - Dr. Atoussa Farough completed her Internal Medicine residency at The Washington Hospital Center Georgetown University Program (Washington D.C.) in 2009. She has special interest in women's wellness as well as management of chronic diseases and preventative medicine. Dr. Farough is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). Dr. Farough has a special interest in cosmetic procedures, and is certified in Aesthetic Medicine.
